It's been one long and crazy summer, but I see light at the end of the tunnel! We finally closed on our new townhouse and moved last month. Unfortunately, as I was unpacking and getting my office back to together I threw my lower back out and could barely hobble from my recliner to the bed for a couple of weeks. It's still unhappy some days, especially if I sit too long at my desk, but I'm getting around and can function for the most part. Now that my new office is up & running and fully unpacked I can get back to business.
Before my camera completely disowned me for lack of use, I took it to the beach the other morning to watch the sunrise. For those of you who know me, you know I'm not a morning person, so it was quite the effort. However, I was rewarded for the effort with beautiful pre-dawn sun rays.
